Mark Mooney


Bio

Mr. Mark Mooney is a retired Army intelligence officer and US Intelligence Community professional. During his dual careers, he experienced counterinsurgency, asymmetric warfare, counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and counter transnational organized crime from an all-source analysis perspective. He established and developed security partnerships in the Middle East, Latin America, and NATO, and guided and advised the employment of assigned forces against armed insurgents and criminals. Mr. Mooney was the principal security advisor to Iraq’s Security-South Force Commander. He led technology protection efforts that helped defense officials and corporations protect classified and sensitive critical defense information & technology to protect national and economic security, as well as US defense capabilities. Mr. Mooney earned his M.S. in National Security Affairs from Nova Southeastern University, his B.A. from Fordham University, Bronx, NY.
