Francisco Thoumi

Bio

Dr. Thoumi holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Minnesota. He has worked as a Professor in the Department of Economics at California State University, Chico. In addition, he has worked as the Section Chief of the Economic and Social Development Department, Inter-American American Development Bank. He is the author of 130 academic journal articles and book chapters.
